This depth of experience allows me bring you the best possible care. I treat trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders and weight control concerns.

As we walk together I will use many different types of therapy that have been found to be safe and effective. I fit the method of therapy to each to you. Some of the techniques I may use include: EMDR, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. In addition, these I also use Acceptance and Commitment Therapies as well as Cognative Behavioral Therapy.
